LEARNING FROM MISTAKES
To us here at ActionCOACH, education means learning from our mistakes. It’s often we see mistakes as something to be avoided and as a negative, but avoiding mistakes 100% of the time is impossible. Instead, we consider mistakes as a point of learning. Rather than being a negative, they are an opportunity to grow from and a chance to be better in the long term. From here, your business actually improves.
GROWTH AND LEARNING
Being able to learn and grow on a daily basis allows us to master new skills, help our team members and clients learn, grow and master along the way. We have all heard the phrase “you can’t teach an old dog new tricks”, but time and time again this has been proven not true! We believe it’s never too later to learn something new, whether its a new skill or hobby for yourself, or a new strategy for your business. We’ve found here at ActionCOACH that no matter how long you have been in business, five years or fifty, there is always a way in which you can grow and learn, both personally and professionally.
IMPARTING KNOWLEDGE
At ActionCOACH, we are educators. It is important to us that our clients are the ones to make their own decisions about their future – as it is THEIR future after all. Our job is to impart practical, useable knowledge – we work with facts and results, not just theory.
